About The Show

Dose of Laughter was founded in 2019 by Registered Nurse and Comedian Chuck Meyers @chuckmeyers_ . In healthcare, we give medicine to help people heal. As comedians, we tell jokes to make people laugh. Humor decreases stress, inspires hope, and connects people to others. Comedy is a therapy that everyone could use, and doesn’t have any side-effects (Besides occasionally peeing your pants).

The show is a full experience that includes Stand-up Comedy and Live Music. The show has been in San Diego backyards, to basements in Manhattan, and some of the most iconic comedy clubs in the U.S. such as Zanies Chicago.

Our comedy shows feature local San Diego talent, as well as national touring headliners such as Jamie Kennedy @thejamiekennedy, Aries Spears @ariesspears, Matthew Broussard @mondaypunday, Mark Normand @marknormand, and many others.
